I had booked a full hour manicure but it wasn’t done thoroughly and it was completely finished in 15 minutes. Fine if you want a quick manicure but not particularly where you’d go if you want a treat.

I have given Sophie a 5 as she is amazing and so friendly. However, I won’t name names but I was greeted by someone who showed me to my chair. I wanted to make light hearted conversation with him. By asking quite generic questions like what type of work he does. If he’s been at the salon for long as I hadn’t seen him before. He answered quite defensively and then proceeded to repeat the whole convo by the basin with the other stylists which I thought was odd.
