Appointment was on time. Friendly and professional staff. Maria was exceptional at cutting my hair and was very warm and friendly. There was a lovely atmoshere in the salon.

Got a full set of acrylics, was told that I can leave when wasn’t dry and ended up chipping most nails. One nail fell off after two days and removed my natural nail completely. Was also asked to pay for my nails before finishing even though everyone else was asked to pay once there nails was completed. They also double book so you are waiting ages to be seen after your appointment time
