I was given a voucher for £150 I total. However ws not told they are separate businesses so when I had my nails done and a pedicure I had to pay another £55 in cash as my voucher did not over this. The staff are pleasant enough but not professional as didn’t know the policy. Had I we been made aware of this this would not have bought a Voucher for £150. Please be aware. Once this voucher is used I will not be returning

Cannot thank Ellis enough for how amazing she has made my hair look. She listened to everything I want to achieve with my hair not only visually but for it's health and maintenance then blew my expectations away! Honestly cannot recommend enough.
