The reception was lovely but had to sit right next to window an was way too hot had to ask to be moved. Didn’t have a base coat applied before putting on colour ,had my nails done Friday,Saturday night my thumb nail colour has chipped. My nails look very nice but have had better x

The massage techniques were random which made me question if the ‘masseuse’ was actually qualified. Part of the massage was good (head and scalp part) but the majority was uncomfortable and too firm, even when I asked for the pressure to be less. BUT the setting is definitely the worst thing about this booking, you can smell strong nail salon fumes from the main shop. The room is also cold and the ‘spa music’ was played from a phone on at a jarring volume. Overall, I wouldn’t come back.
