There was some issue with the booking system which meant after having been called in the morning and asked to come earlier that when I arrived they were double booked. The lady was friendly and apologetic.I waited for 20/25 minutes after which I was taken into the room. The room itself was ok and clean. The massage was ok, but paid more attention to my legs and arms than my lower back. Overall it was ok for a reasonably priced massage, but did not deliver the relaxation or treat-like feeling I was looking for.
