I waited 20 minutes to be taken when I had already book. Jenny was complain about customers to other customers which I found extremely distasteful and unprofessional. She never does my nails how I like them and complained that I changed my mind when I hadn’t. She doesn’t listen and only cares about the doing the next client! It’s all about quantity and not quality
