The environment was hostile and my technician was aggressive. My nails were filed so short without explanation to the point where they look ridiculous and childlike. I felt rushed and unwanted there as the vigour my nails were filed and painted with was extreme. When I pointed out that the nails were painted badly, I was met with huffs and eye rolls. The art on my nails was overpriced and slightly sloppy. I was told I could pay by card but was spoken to very unprofessionally and had to get cash.
