I was really disappointed after being recommended by a friend, I wanted the same thing she had done a few weeks earlier but they wanted to charge me £5 more. We both said that wasn’t fair but they said “£30 for her, £35 for you” so do they just make it up as they go along? if Jenny is who did my nails she was the nicest, there were two other women who just argued at me. So they lost £40 from me cos I didn’t go ahead with what I’d planned. Terrible customer service & my nails have already chipped
