Good threading on my eyebrows, Sam always does a very good job. However, she told me I frown too much and that the lines make my face look ugly, which was a hurtful thing to say - and not necessary, given that I was coming for eyebrow threading and not to be insulted about the way I look. I was really upset as a new mother and cried afterwards!
