Nails look amazing and staff were efficient, lovely and kind. Only let down was as I went to leave I was told I had to pay more (after pre paying online). It would have been nice just to have a heads up before I went there that they might charge me more as I had no money on me at all. More clarification/communication definitely needed bc was a bit of a shock (noticed that the same thing happened to the girl next to me too) - otherwise, amazing experience nails look phenom!!

Usually get a great manicure and pedicure here but unfortunately not this time. Gel nails on hands tarnished, dull and scratched within a couple of hours. Could not go back To get sorted as going away. Disappointed this time, never had this issue before.
