I had a horrible experience at this salon on 7.9.2025. First I waited 30 minutes despite having booked for 12:35. David and another male were the only nail technicians available. I found their communication difficult to understand. They were both quite aggressive in the way they communicated with me. I booked and prepaid for a full set of acrylic polish, but both of them were unable to explain what was included in this price, instead shouting louder ‘£40, £40!’
