Had a dermalogica facial , therapist wouldn’t stop talking through most of the treatment , felt rushed and didn’t leave the room when I was getting changed . Steam was left on for 5-10 mins max , face mask on at the end for 5 mins before she hurriedly removed it. Told me her whole life story which I really didn’t need to know.
Complained to owner who was every apologetic and explained therapist was new , however no discount or future credits offered for the rubbish service the therapist gave.
