AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!
Brazilian straightening a complete failure! Left the salon with a smooth hair, left it for 72hrs as advised. Washed and now my hair is horrible! Frizzy, dry, damaged. Contacted the salon and explained. Asked a refund as this was not what i paid for and the owners daughter took the time to write an email refusing the refund. She came back saying that i need to use specific hair product when NO ONE advised before i left the salon. An absolut TERRIBLE JOB

Always a lovely time at the salon bit. I get my nails done quite regularly here and find that if I pay in advance online (and the nail technician looks on screen and notices this) the level of attention and care and taking their time seems to reduce?
