I had a brazilian blow dry treatment, I saw absolutely no difference and my hair looks even a bit frizzier. They said that the only thing they could do is re-do the treatment and that they don't do refunds. But why would someone re-do a treatment that has not worked at all? They did not even bother to offer a partial refund or anything else and I have ended up wasting all the money I paid. I would NOT recommend.
