Good service but terrible atmosphere and lack of customer service. I’ve been a few times for hair and then nails and have been shocked at the lack of professionalism and friendliness. Will not be returning.

I’ve been going to Blossom and Bloom for as long as I can remember and they are amazing. Even though I live outside of London, I will travel an hour just to go do my nails at Blossom and Bloom because it’s my favourite place to do them.
