Had a Gold facial yesterday with Sultana
She is a lovely lady but unfortunately wasn’t a great experience, and I wouldn’t go back to her. To start with nothing was ready when I entered the room. The towels were damp that I was laying on. She removed them so I just laid on the paper towel. Had to get in the shower as soon as I got home as my face wasn’t cleaned after the face mask properly, and all stuck in my hair

Sam was provided an amazing deep tissue massage, she was extremely friendly, welcoming and asked lots of question’s around any pain I was feeling and what prompted the visit. Would highly recommend.

Unfortunately, second time i was allocated this young man to did my nails even though i chose different technician when booking. And yet again the quality of his work is not great, rather messy, uneven even after number of corrections.
