I had a manicure and shellac polish two weeks before the polish was removed. The manicure was incorrectly done. The nails were cut too far down, the cuticles were trimmed and three of them have since been infected. I now realise that none of the tools were cleaned between use. The owner says they have nothing to do with the salon but the licence is actually in their name.
