Bank, neck, shoulder massage was relaxing, and Sultana was incredibly polite and kind, so a welcoming atmosphere. However, the relaxing music was played from her phone and paused several times during the treatment, which was a bit distracting. The massage also ended suddenly when her phone alarm went off. Overall, an 'ok' experience with room for improvement.
