I had gel overlay on my nails and within 24 hours it started breaking down when i complained i was told it was normal wear & tear, not the kind of reply i needed after spending £40 an apology and refund would have been nice. but after leaving the salon feeling very let down i went to another salon so they could check the work done and they have removed the bad nail treatment and replaced with new overlays which i am pleased to say are beautiful.

Filing and cuticle removal not done properly. Nail polish uneven. No callus removal included. Also whilst removing cuticles, a small cut made and it stings. Atmosphere was good and everyone was nice though.

This was my 3rd visit with my daughter and they always remember what to do with her she is autistic so struggles with people but they’re always so pleasant and kind and never rush her. And they’re always very good with me.
