I am very disappointed following my manicure and pedicure appointment. The manicure nail polish got layered after me sitting under the drying lamp, but I had no time to re-do it. The therapist attitude when she saw it was really poor as she didn’t offer an alternative. The therapist used the hard nail file to remove the nail gloss. Not the buffer or shiner file, but the usual nail file. My nails are now badly damaged. Really disappointing
