I wasn't sure what the type of nails I wanted was called, said I thought it was Overlay. Trang didn't explain what this entailed, to make I was choosing the correct nail treatment. She asked if I wanted long nails, which I replied no because i work in the NHS. I didn't realise this gave her the right too cut my nails down to nothing, and apply some nail polish. Then charge me £30 , i could of done that myself. I felt she was in a hurry trying deal with 2 customers at the same time. No chatting.

Was a very quick and thorough Brazilian wax. My only problem was that 'hot wax' wasn't what I expected as she still used strips so it was way more painful than I've had elsewhere. And I think is misleading...But she was thorough and fast so the pain was worth it.
