It was my first time doing microdermabrasion. It felt quite painful at some points and my skin burned when products were applied. I mentioned it frequently but was told it would be okay. My skin was severely bruised and damaged after the treatment and I am still trying to get rid of the scars. I am hoping there won’t be any permanent damage. Just to note that the sunscreen used after the treatment had really bad white cast and is not suitable for people of colour.
