Emma was honestly perfect! She really listened to what I wanted — I didn’t want much off the length, just a healthier look and refreshed layers. She checked with me every step of the way about how much she’d be taking off, including the shortest layer and fringe, which I really appreciated. I decided last minute that I’d like a blow dry, and she was so accommodating and happy to do it. The salon itself is lovely — clean, comfortable, and really inviting. I’m so pleased with my hair. It was a last minute booking and I'm so pleased with it. Joana took time to listen to what I wanted and did a really good cut. She also made sure that everything looked good once my hair was blow dried. I will definitely rebook 😀

I asked for ash-cool half-head highlights, but after 4 hours the result was uneven, brassy and much warmer than expected. My hair now feels very dry and damaged throughout the lenghts. I’d upload photos, but there’s no opt here to show the result.
