First time trying this place for Hollywood wax. It was not great, the lady left some hair. I asked if she could take it off but she said it would take about 20mins to heat the wax again. I didn't mind waiting but I felt she was rushing to go. She was able to find a bit of wax left in the pot but there is still hair left over-not completely bare how a Hollywood wax should be. Also a bit strange when waxing the buttock area I was asked to lift my legs up "and as far back as I can". Uncomfortable
