From the lady who greeted me when I first arrived, to the lovely girl who washed my hair and then Esin who cut and blow dried it - my experience at Bloom's was great. I received a really good deal for a cut and blow dry and still was treated with superb customer service. This was a fab experience in a small salon and I came away really pleased with the result. Esin was great and I will definitely be going back :)

I went there to get highlights, cut and blow dry . When I went in for my appointment I was nervous as it was a new hairdresser. the guy on reception was very nice and offered me a choice of drinks.
I waited for just a couple of minutes before I was greeted by Evis, the lady who did my hair, she was very friendly and so professional, the whole experience was fab, great prices , fantastic staff the salon is small but it's cosy and clean. I would most definitely recommend Blooms I will be going back!
First I had to wait over 30 minutes. There is no waiting room or something like that. The place is very small. The staff doesn't really look like professional hairdressers. They do not cut well. I had to ask twice for shortening my hair as they were still too long.
Not recommend to anyone!!!

Matthew was very friendly and professional, he was patient and meticulous, I really like my haircut. For the price, I could not expect anything more than that. It was a satisfactory experience.
Unfortunately there are a few things the salon could improve on. I am not very short and I have never had an issue with the sinks at salons, but this salon has a sink that is very high and it was very uncomfortable to get my hair washed. Secondly, I was not too satisfied with the conditioning treatment given as my hair became dry within an hour of the cut.
