Sam cut my hair in the exact way I requested, and thinned out the sections of my hair in order to make it more uniform. She did a great job, and was incredibly personable throughout. The girl who blow-dried my hair straight, I didn't catch her name, also did an excellent job. I will definitely be back when I'm due for a trim.

The staff was very friendly, and the lady who cut my hair was very attentive to what I wanted from the haircut. It took no time at all and I was really happy with the result. The venue itself is great and the atmosphere was nice as well.

Very friendly and welcoming staff, but a small venue which was busy and slightly cramped.
My hairdresser listened to what I asked for and offered advice, and the overall result was OK. However, he did seem conscious of the 45 minute time slot that I had for my appointment, and actually commented upon the fact a couple of times. He explained that this is why he was rushing the blow dry - he was pulling my hair so quickly to the point where it was slightly painful at times!
I wasn't offered a beverage on arrival which I would usually expect, despite the fact that this was a relatively cheap cut (for London!) it was still £27 and I would have expected to feel slightly less rushed, maybe slots of an hour would be more doable...not a bad experience, but not sure I'd go back.
