This is my second visit and it didn't disappoint. I forgot to ask for my previous stylist but he was assigned to me. Great atmosphere,very calm and relaxing, Of course, a great cut. I would recommend Blooms. Staff at reception arriving and leaving were lovely and welcoming to.
