This was my second time at Blooms and I am still impressed by the quick and efficient service, friendly staff, good quality haircut. Coincidentally I got the same stylist as last time, Simona, which I was hoping for, and was very happy with my haircut.
I asked for a Brazilian wax. The therapist was lovely and it was extremely pain-free, however she didn't really seem to know what a Brazilian was, and when I checked afterwards she hadn't taken off nearly as much hair as she should have - there were still strips left. Also she didn't wear gloves, which I found rather unhygenic.
My friend and I really enjoyed going there. The italian lady who looked after me was very professional, experienced and friendly.
I felt reasured throughout the treatment and she made me feel very confortable all the way. Besides that the results were fantanstic and would definetely recommend to others.
Great value for money. The overall experience was very good and the therapist is excelllent. I would definitely come back here for this or other treatments in the future. Thank you
Although when I called to confirm my appointment, they didn't initially find my booking, they were very accommodating and re-booked with no issues. The treatment was as I expected it to be, and I do have another massage booked, so hopefully it will be more of the same!
