I visited Blooms to have a Swedish Massage and enjoyed the experience. The massage was thorough, and at the perfect level of firmness for me. The therapist was lovely and made me feel at ease. The rest of the staff were also great, I was a offered a drink on arrival. The only thing that lets Blooms down is the facilities. The treatment room, like others have said is tiny; the therapist cannot walk the whole way around you so it is slightly more awkward for the therapist to do one side. I could also hear noises from the salon, and the hairdryer. I would recommend Blooms for value and the friendliness of the staff.
Blooms is a very small hair and beauty salon. It consists of a small room at the front where the reception and hair salon are located all together and even a smaller room at the back for the beauty salon. I had a holliwood wax and was pleased as it was almst painless. The therapist was friendly but not intrusive making useless conversation over the day and the weather (which is something I really hate). The location is not great either as it is a bit out of the way (10 mins walking from Old street station). I cannot comment on the hair salon and hair salon staff.
Excellent offer - so pleased I purchased voucher from Wahanda. Really friendly staff - as soon as I arrived I was welcomed and offered a hot drink. Salon is a bit out of the way and quite small but the friendly staff more than made up for this. I asked for a basic short bob which Simona did quickly and thoroughly. Very pleased with the end result - hair hasn't looked this good in ages! Would definitely go again and the voucher price of £20 is such a bargain.
Not a very pretty salon and a bit out of the way. The therapist was friendly and the service good in the sense that it was quite painless but not so good in the end as it wasn't very thorough. Would only recommend if you live nearby and are not shy to complain.
I found Blooms to have friendly and helpful staff. They were very understanding when I had to move my appointment as I was poorly which I appreciate as some places can get funny with you. Good range of services. It's not often you find somewhere to do the full range of hair services and such an extension arrange of beauty treatments too. I found it a little confusing to find. If you don't know the area well, get a good map to take with you.
