I paid 20 pounds for a hollywood wax and underarm wax. Would rate the service as ok. Not as good as the regular place i go to, defiantly not a bikini waxing specialist. And the hair seemed to grow back quicker. But for 20 pounds, I cant complain too much. The therapist was nice enough
Terrible experience. Only one hairdresser in the whole salon who had the worse, most unkempt hair i've ever seen on a hairdresser. The lady before me had returned from a previous visit because she had messed up her hair and wanted it rectified. Stylist did no better on mine. Only used one colour for the highlights. I stressed that i wanted very natural highlights and got a anything but. She gave me a basic trim and didn't seem capable of anything more advanced. Every client there had a voucher. Might seem like a good deal but avoid this place like the plague.
My experience at Blooms was excellent. The staff were very friendly, efficient and my cut and blow dry was very good. I will be returning here soon for a further hair treatment. Very good thank you!
Arrived a few minutes early, but I needn't have worried as they were running massively late! Ended up waiting for close to half an hour. Because they were running so late I was rushed into getting ready, the therapist walking in before I'd finished getting undressed. The room was small and evidently had a tendency to get cold, as they had a portable heater on full blast which ended up drying me out and leaving me parched mid-way through. The therapist seemed uncertain about what a full-body Swedish massage entailed, and did my back, my legs... then stopped, said she was running a bit fast, and did my back again! I got the full time I'd paid for, but I didn't feel particularly relaxed afterwards.
So relaxing, it was lovely lovely. I felt incredibly relaxed by the time I left, perfect for a cold winter's evening. Would definitely recommend to anyone. My skin felt lovely and smooth afterwards too. The therapist was very friendly.
