I'd like to start by saying the staff at this salon were lovely and probably great if you're just going for a cut/blow-dry. Unfortunately, I went for foils (I have blonde/light brown highlights) that usually are very subtle, but when I left, I had thick chunky stripes like a tiger :( really disappointing. I pointed this out to them as they were drying (when I realised) and the hairdresser did apologise and offer to fix it if I came back on another day (they were about to close). I Initially thought I would, but then was worried it might be made even worse, so just left it.
It's a shame, because as I said - lovely staff and cute salon. Just wouldn't recommend for blonde colour..

I purchased this voucher as the salon is located just around the corner from where I work. Although it is rather small, it is clean and doesn't feel cramped. The stylist was very friendly and helped me choose the colour for my highlights. If it's glitz and glamour your're after, this is not the salon for you. If, however, you want a small friendly hairdresser, then this is the right choice!

I went to this salon arter purchasing a great deal for a 1/2 head of highlights, moroccan oil treatment, and blow dry. Considering I usually pay £100+ for my highlights along, this was an absolute bargain!
The salon is quite small and basic - there is only one washing station which meant people had to sit in the waiting area seats at times and queue up essentially. I was lucky and had an appointment as soon as they opened at 10.00am so I managed to beat the rush. The salon was busy and had a nice bustle about it without feeling like you were on a conveyor belt. My hairdresser, I cannot for the life of me remember her name - was absolutely lovely. She was friendly and welcoming and did a great job on my highlights. I usually got for a full head, but she did the colour so well I was really please with the 1/2 head she gave me. The blow dry and treatment were lovely too and I left with gorgeous silky and shiny hair which was exactly the right colour.
I will for sure be going back again.

I really hate giving such a poor rating, as the staff were very lovely and attentive, however unfortunately the end result of my hair was, to put it simply, a disaster.
I asked for a golden chocolate brown tint with sunkissed caramel highlights (i even provided photos for reference), and received charcoal, almost black hair, with random patches of yellow. I've since had to put another colour over the the 'highlights' to hide them.
I did not receive the conditioning treatment, as was part of the deal, and the "blow dry" consisted of the stylist putting curling balm in my hair and scrunching it. She said she could blow dry it but it would only go frizzy..
I'm sorry to say that i am very unhappy :(
Blooms hair and beauty salon was very small. The facial treatment room has very little room to walk around. However the therapist was very good at her facial massage technique. My face felt hydrated and radiant after the facial.
