I went to Blooms for a half head highlights and cut. The salon is not very conventiently located and is really small. I was very unsatsified with my highlights. My roots are still showing. Also the peroxide was left on too long so my hair is too light. The cut is satisfactory. i won't be a returning client.

The salon is well located, but very small and when I went, there were only two people working. This meant that the phone rang constantly but someone couldn't always answer. This in fact happened to me when I was trying to book my appointment. Don't be put off though by this as when I arrived, it was a nice relaxed atmosphere; quiet and chilled. The most important thing however was that I was extremely happy with my highlights and hair cut. The therapist was very attentive and listened to exactly what I wanted. I definitely plan on going back when my next highlights are due.

Second visit and just as good as the first. Blooms had undergone a refurbishment since I last went and looked much more modern. Quite a distance from a station but on a bus route. Staff very friendly and owner Simone very pleasant and does an excellent cut and blow-dry. Excellent value with this voucher - thoroughly recommend this salon. Go, you will not be disappointed.

I had a cut and highlights last year at Blooms. The location is a little odd and not very easy to find as it's not particularly close to a station. Compared to many bigger/chain salons it can seem a little underwhelming at first as it is fairly small and quite basic. However, the service I received was top notch. The owner of the salon did my hair and she was great - very friendly, knew her stuff and did a really good job. Given my experience I would say it is preferable to the bigger salons as I found it a lot warmer and more personal. I would definitely recommend :)

It was a small place with not much atmosphere, but the staff were very friendly, and i was pleased with the half head highlights and cut, and the offer made it good value!
