There was a mix-up in their booking system, the salon manager was booked for my colour/cut but was not present when I arrived and after waiting 15 minutes this person was still not contactable. They walked in after two hours later without even an acknowledgment or greeting disappeared at the back and walked straight out of the salon few minutes later. The senior stylist took over instead. She understood my exact desired highlights, colour and cut style, tried very hard to get it right, talked to me during stages to clarify the tint and hair length etc. and had pleasant and friendly approach; overall great job. The salon was overall friendly and informal, but atmosphere lacked and was on a quite side due to the fact there was only one customer there when I arrived.

This was my first visit to this salon and my first time having this treatment. I have really thick hair so I knew it would take a long time to do. Although my stylist was swapped in the middle of my treatment, I was treated quite well. The overall experience was good and I would recommend the blond chap with the spectacles. He was friendly and professional throughout.

Possibly the tiniest salon I have ever been to in a nice area of London. Saying that the salon was cute and the atmosphere was buoyant. I arrived very early... my mistake… but regardless the Stylist fitted me in straight away. The man that washed my hair was lovely, very helpful and friendly. It was a nice massage and wash. The hair stylist was quite distracted. It was very busy and people were popping in and out and she kept stopping to serve at the desk. Despite all of the distraction I am very happy with my haircut :)

Visited Blooms for the first time at the end of last week and was very satisfied with my experience. Most importantly, it is exceptional value for money, most London salons would charge double or treble the price of what I paid here. I was expecting for the salon to offer me the bare minimum for what I paid for - but I recieved the full works - shampoo, conditioning, hair cut, blow dry and finish. The stylist Kristina was helpful and did a great job and didn't complain too much about my vast split ends! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place for a second, especially if you are looking for a great value haircut.
