Simin is very professional, puts you at ease, has great knowledge in her field and gives you great advice on how to look after your skin.
Clinic is very clean and reception staff are always welcoming.
I have had great result with laser hair removal and really happy with my experience.

Fantastic treatment and excellent client care. Everything was explained in detail and I felt in very safe hands.The clinic is spotlessly clean and welcoming. My treatment was delivered professionally and I am extremely happy with the results and aftercare. I would highly recommend and will definitely be returning.

Package was described as a 'hydrofacial' which I had done extensive research on. I spoke with the therapist prior to my appt via WhatsApp, but only when I arrived did I find it was a hydrating facial, not hydrafacial. She went on and on that she wasn't trying to mislead people, and that someone had left a negative review previously which she had tried to get removed. She told me a lot about the hydrofacial and even that she had the equipment, but this wasn't the treatment I received or paid for

Purchased a voucher for Hydrafacial and micro needling with LED, thinking Hydrafacial it self will be included.On arrival Simin explained to me, it is not part of the treatment. I suggested to re-word it as the information on Groupon is quite misleading.
Micro needling left with with some abrasions, where Simin tried to go deeper. Mask and LED felt lovely. Overall good experience, just not quite what I expected.
