When I arrived I told the stylist I needed to be out in 1 hour as I had another appointment. The wash was very good, relaxing and with a head massage.
But the blow dry took forever - start to finish it was 1hr 20mins, making me 20 mins late for my next appointment.
I was also disappointed with the end product - when blow drying the stylist pinned the curls, then brushed them all out even though I asked her not to, so what was a nice curly blow dry before being brushed, went limp and flat.
