this is the 1st time av visited bloom and av never had lvl lashes before lisa was very professional and friendly and made me feel at ease and relaxed and i am so happy with the lvl lashes i would deffo recommend and will deffo be back in 6wks

I had my worst experience this weekend. The door lock was broken in the front door. I wanted to drink some water and cups were not available and wanted to use the toilet, no toilet rolls at the toilet. Very poor management. The head massage was not great at all. The room was smelly. I couldn't relax there. I won't recommend anyone to go there and I won't go back again. Not worth for the money.
