Pleasant reception area, treatments, therapist and music were lovely. Treatment room very cold, poor quality pillows which were inadequate in comparison to other venues. Requested to remove upper clothing given facial 1st but I was freezing and could not wait for hot stone to start to get warm . Room may benefit from a heated bench in absence of a radiator which is done at other venues.

After building up the courage to get this done, knowing how much it would hurt, therapist was absolutely delightful and made the whole procedure as quick and breezy as possible! I'll definitely be back... But to try the laser next time!!
