i turned up earlier than my appointment but there was no problem starting my treatment earlier after a short wait.
The pedicure was excellent and Sophie was a very sweet competent therapist.
Would've liked to be offered a drink but there was no problem getting a glass of water.

Great in many ways but my shellac nails starting chipping within two days. Most of them had small chips along the edge which I was disappointed by. Staff were lovely though and a good choice of colours.
I got in touch with the salon and they immediately offered to remove the shellacs and do a new pair - great service.

I am really disappointed with my experience. I picked this place as it looked clean and professional. I had shellac nails done, for some reason the young girl thought I was there for a pedicure. She used the bed to do my nails rather than a table. She asked what colour I wanted, I wasn’t sure and so she produced this plastic box which was honestly so messy and unorganised. I just picked any colour just wishing the experience to be over really as I needed my nails doing desperately. I have had shellac done in other places and this is probably the worst my nails have looked, she spent 5 mins with a pair of tweezers trying to get a hair that was attached to my nail bed which resulted in the shellac looking bumpy. I can’t fault the girl for being chatty and nice but clearly there is a lack of training and experience. I won’t be going back.
