The salon was freezing and dirty. The floor had not been swept and definitely not mopped. The nail equipment wasnt clean - even the gel bottles were filthy. I had booked in for fingers and toes, but took an hour and a half for fingers so cancelled toes. No refund given, surly manager said apply for it through app but I cant see an option to do this. Very few gel colours to choose from. The girl who did my nails was pleasant but the gel bled into sides of nails and looked v untidy. Cheap gel and has really damaged my nails. 100% would not return here for any treatments.
