When I walked in, I was not greeted, no hello or welcome. I would not have minded this if it was busy as I understand that, however, there was only 1 person in the salon getting their hair done. I did feel slightly intimidated and awkward from time to time as there was not much communication between what I was wanting as well as general chats. My hair smells great and it does look beautiful, I just did not get as much length taken off as I would have liked due to not having a chance to show how much I would have liked. The place itself is cosy and nicely decorated, just a shame that the staff did not greet me when I entered or attempt to make conversation with me.
