It was the worst hair appointment I have ever experienced. My hair was washed, cut and blowdried…no product or serums were used in my hair to protect it from the heat or make it glossy and brand new looking. I both heard and felt my hair snapping / breaking at least 3 times during the combing and straightening process, which has never happened during a hair appointment before. The finishing style was done absolutely poorly and looked incomplete / messy. Overall, I respectfully would not go back.
