I had been here once before and had a great experience. This time I was sat waiting for 15 minutes and had to ask for a drink after 10 minutes- I was sat at a cluttered station. Tim did not say a single word to me the whole time even though after coming back from the wash I tried starting up conversation. Asked for a ‘grown out fringe’ and can’t even describe what I was given- two thin pieces about 1cm thick each side the same length. Also accused of not paying online. Won’t be returning.

This was more painful than most hot waxes, she didn't rip it off quick enough. There is some hair left where it shouldn't be too. The room was also boiling hot. I will try somewhere else next time.
