Stylist didn't show up, no reason or apology given. Overheard they'd given staff day off (why not close their diary off to bookings? Sorry my booking was an inconvenience!) I asked are they off sick, they said no just not in and stuff.(!). The staff who ended up doing my hair didn't once ask how I wanted it done, kept pulling hair while washing to the point I screamed in pain. They left me with wet hair in freezing salon to make everyone a coffee, was really disappointing and defo not recommend

Brilliant blowdry and staff but the salon is FREEZING. The ladies brought out heaters but it’s appalling that they should have to work in such cold.
