I arrived at my appointment for cut and blow dry to find out that courtney had rescheduled my appointment with a colleague and not informed me and left for the delay. I have traveled over an hour to make the appointment and organised childcare. I am extremely upset and disappointed about the lack of communication and professionalism of the staff at store. I left with no hair cut! This is extremely unacceptable and I should have been notified in advance, bad service!
