The blow bar is beautiful in setting and the prices aren't extortionate for the area. The Blow Dry I received however was poor, at best. A Blow Dry with curling iron to me indicates a curly BD, with added curls with the curling iron. What I received was a my hair washed and dried straight and then GHD straighteners were used to add some curls. There was no volume and the lack of hairspray meant that by the time I'd got home the curls had considerably dropped.
I was also mad to feel extremely uncomfortable. I was asked the occasion and upon telling the hairdresser I was going out for the evening she said I looked "too tired" and upon learning it was a 2 year anniversary rolled her eyes and laughed, as if mocking. She also left me feeling ridiculed because of "how bad" my roots were.
I don't think I've ever written a bad complaint, but i left feeling low and bad about myself. I don't pay/treat myself to leave feeling this way. I won't be using this salon again.
