Extremely disappointing. I recently had a great pedicure but just had a very rushed shellac manicure. I had to wait 20 minutes until the therapist was ready to see me. I always have hands soaked in warm water to make them soft to push back cuticles but didn't have this. Shaping of nails was rushed. Colour applied not covering whole nail. I would appreciate someone to contact me to offer refund .

I opted for a wash, cut & blow dry!
The girls who were completing my service were very friendly so I don't think my experience is a reflection on them as individuals, more so the organisation (or lack of) within the salon.
During my service the stylist swapped with her assistant on two occasions due to what I assume to be over booking or appointment running late (I don't know for sure as I didn't receive an explanation from them). At two points the stylist left to see to two other customers and I feel did not pay full attention to the service I was being provided.
The haircut I've received is average.
I received a curly blow dry which unfortunately fell out within 30mins of leaving the salon.
Unfortunately I won't be recommending this salon to my friends.
