Friendly staff. Accidentally booked the wrong treatment (dry style not dry cut) and they still accommodated me and saw me at the same time!

Was ok but not a hair dresser I'd rush back to. I tried explaining that normally I have layers put in the underneath of my hair to thin it out but kept long on top otherwise it kicks out. I was told that the hair dresser didn't cut that way as it was wrong. Ended up with a very blunt cut and not enough thinning so looked very flat.
