We were greeted kindly and asked to wait in a side room as blo bar was busy. waiting room was smelly, dirty, stained stuff everywhere. Table and floor sticky. it was our turn we were asked to reconfirm appt again then go to our chair. The hairdresser seemed in a bad mood, not a smile, no friendliness, she kept sighing, tutting and hissing to my daughter to sit still (my 10yo daughter was in deed not moving at all and was confused and felt uncomfortable.cut was fine- it was a dry trim 10min job
