Had a hair cut & blow dry here for the second time and I am very happy with it. Teal was amazing. She really is a perfectionist. The entire staff at Blo Bar Ealing are super friendly and they really do try to make you feel at home. I’d 100% recommend this place for a number of services.

Was so excited to finally see this place open in Ealing! Sadly the hair cut I had there did not live up to standards and has been one of the least enjoyable hair appointments I’ve ever had. When I walked in the person cutting my hair told me I was meant to come in later as they informed me the were running late.... I received no message or call from them letting me know this information. Once the employee had finished with the other client they awkwardly rushed me over to discuss what I wanted with my hair. They hardly asked any questions about what I wanted or how I liked my hair it was just how much do you want off, not if I get it thinned out or the specific cut I want. When it came to washing my hair this employee made someone else wash my hair making me feel like she couldn’t be bothered dealing with me. Finally to end this very unenjoyable process I had booked to get a blow dry as I hadn’t had my hair properly done since moving to London and was so excited for this but once again it was just as disappointing as I walked out with a half straight half fuzzy mess that looked like zero effort had been put in. This salon looked gorgeous however did not live up to standards and I felt very not welcomed throughout the whole appointment. I’m not sure if I caught this employee when they were having a bad day however it’s no excuse when people are paying money for your services. Will not be coming back here.
