They were so keen to get you in and get you out, it was the most physically painful hair experience I’ve ever had. Tried them twice to give them another chance, but it was also equally horrific. Also tried nails, therapist was actually very good, but the last 3 times I’ve booked and confirmed on Treatwell, the salon called to say they can’t accommodate the booking. Clearly a big disconnect between the bookings they say are available and what they can actually accommodate. When I complained, they told me I should book directly via telephone and not rely on Treatwell.
