At the end of my nail treatment they did look good however the overall experience was pretty bad.
Unfortunately the nail technician was not very friendly at all and quite physically rough and painful with my nails and cuticles. I ended up coming out with 3 bleeding cuticles (3 different fingers) and there was no acknowledgement or apology. I understand this can at times happen (though I've never had it happen to me) so simply saying sorry would go a long way. I also asked if nail art was available and the answer was an almost aggressive 'No!'.
At the end of the treatment instead of wrapping me up at the tills she almost forgot me and started serving another lady who seemed to be a regular. Another staff member had to check if I was ok and it was simply acknowledging that I had paid through Treatwell and I was able to go on my way. My nail technician at that point remembered and sent me off.
It's also worth mentioning that there isn't a great variety of colours for gel treatments and some of the bottles looked a bit messy with polish on the outside and leaked on the spot they were placed.
Unfortunately I will not be coming back to have my nails done here which is a shame as it's so nice and local. There were a few ladies having their hair done and they all looked happy and having a chat with their hairdressers.
